Returns:
- Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.
- If your order arrives damaged or if there is an error in the customization (e.g., wrong size, design, or incorrect item), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund if the product is determined to be defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued for damaged or defective items within 7 days of receiving the product.
- If you contact us after this time frame, we may not be able to provide a refund, but we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Exchanges:
